About the Program
If you have ever wanted to get into farming and lacked the knowledge or access to land, this is for you! At Nature's Grove Farm, we are looking for some go-getters to run their own enterprise on our farm and tie it into our ecosystem. We have the sales channels, an existing customer base, marketing and the land needed. All we need is you! We will guide you in incorporating your enterprise into our model and assist with running it and mentor you along the way.
What Kind of Enterprises Can I Manage?
The choices can be endless. You can raise pigs, manage a market garden, make beeswax products, raise lamb, grow mushrooms, start a cut flower business… ect. The choice is yours. Below are some examples of what we would like to see.
- Pastured Pork (meat)
- Pasture Raised Lamb (meat)
- Market Garden
Do not just be restricted by this list. For example, if you would like to cook and think you can add value to our farm from cooking prepared foods using produce and meats from the farm, submit that idea.

This is different from most applications in that you get to structure the deal. Tell us what you want, how you plan to achieve your goals, and how you can be an asset. Tell us what you need from us. Do you want a percentage of the sales? Maybe you just simply want the learning opportunity. Whatever it is and whatever you need from us, you get to propose it all! This is a partnership where we work together. We have a lot to teach, but we also are not going to ever say we have all the answers. Along the way may arise situations where we problem solve and learn together.
How Do I Apply

After you receive a response, we will ask you to write up a proposal. We will send you information to help you write your proposal. We will review all applicants and proposals and if you are chosen, we will ask for an interview with you.
